What to include so we can help quickly

• What you were doing before it went wrong — step by step, if you can.
• What actually happened, and what you expected instead.
• The Dietly! version number, shown at the bottom of the home screen.
• Which operating system you run it on, and which version of that.
• For a technical fault, the app’s light-bulb icon builds a diagnostic package — attaching it makes the cause far quicker to find.
• A screenshot if you have one — but read the warning below first.
