The following terms apply to using the dietly.hu website and the Dietly! software.

2. Purpose of the website
This website is purely informational: it describes the Dietly! desktop app and its download buttons point visitors to the app’s official Microsoft Store page. It provides no software service of its own, takes no payment, and merely visiting it forms no contract between the visitor and the provider.
3. Using the software and the beta period
Use of Dietly! itself is governed by the end user licence agreement (EULA) that ships with the software. The app shows it on first launch, and it stays available under the legal section of the settings.
The software can be downloaded freely by anyone from the Microsoft Store; there is no invitation, waiting list or prior authorisation. Every feature is free to use until 1 November 2026. After that date use requires a subscription, also obtained through the Microsoft Store.
The software is in beta and can by its nature contain technical faults; if you use it in a live dietetic practice, keeping regular local backups of your data (e.g. patient records, recipes) is your sole responsibility.
4. Medical and liability disclaimer
Dietly! is a passive administrative and calculation aid. It does not legally qualify as a medical device.
The software itself gives no dietary, medical or health advice and makes no diagnosis. Its calculations (BMR, BMI, macronutrients) are based on recognised formulas and serve as guidance only - composing the diet, setting the calorie target and judging the patient’s health always remain the sole responsibility of the health professional (dietitian) using the software.
The provider accepts no liability for professional decisions based on the software’s calculations, or their consequences.
5. Copyright
All visual and textual content on this website, the Dietly! logo, and the software’s structure and source code are protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
